What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you give it — your email address. If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password. We never see or store your actual password.

If you pay by bank transfer and upload a deposit slip, that image is stored so we can verify your payment.

What we use it for

• Fulfilling and delivering your order, including passing your name, address and phone number to the courier.
• Contacting you about that order — confirmation, tracking, and any problems.
• Answering questions you send us.
• If you subscribe, sending occasional emails about new releases and offers. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel and, where required, our payment bank. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your shopping cart and your login session working. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising. If we later add analytics or advertising pixels, this page will say so.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Bank slips are deleted once the payment is verified and the return window has passed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within a few days. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are required to keep.

Security

Passwords are hashed, form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and uploaded files are type-checked and renamed. No system is perfect — if you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately.
