How it works
- Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are processed the same day.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch — this is to protect both of us against mistaken orders.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched as soon as the slip is verified, usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
- You get a courier tracking number by WhatsApp the moment the parcel is collected.
- Every bottle ships boxed and bubble-wrapped. We have not lost one to breakage yet, and if we do, it is on us.
Cash on delivery
Available island-wide with no surcharge. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible — couriers do not always carry change.
If nobody is available when the courier arrives, they will usually attempt a second delivery the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange a resend.
Returns & exchanges
Fragrance is personal, and a note list can only tell you so much. If a blend is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Unopened bottles
Full refund or exchange, seal intact. Return postage is on you unless the item was wrong or damaged.
Opened bottles
Exchange for a different blend, or store credit. We cannot resell an opened bottle, so we cannot offer a cash refund on one.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the day it arrives. We replace it at our cost, including the return leg. No argument, no restocking fee.
What we cannot accept
Bottles that are more than half used, bottles returned after 7 days, and 10ml travel sizes that have been opened — the 10ml exists precisely so you can test a blend cheaply before buying a larger bottle.
